There will be an advertisers appreciation and mini trade show / politician appreciation meeting on Nov 15, 5pm, at the Career Center (990 Chastain Rd, Liberty). If you were not contacted by the Bboard of Directors, please contact the Extension office (864-878-1394 x 0) by Friday, Nov 11. We are expecting a good crowd.

The Pickens County Cattlemen's Association would like to welcome you to our site. We offer informative meetings on a myriad of subjects including pasture management, calving problems, animal health, and selecting the right bull, just to name a few.

We are committed to the cattle industry and the promotion of beef. We are stewards of the land and the animals.

If you have cattle and live in Pickens County, or surrounding counties, we urge you to join the PCCA or your local Cattlemen's association and the South Carolina Cattlemen's Association (www.sccattle.org) in order to stay up on the latest information. Our Mission

The mission of the Pickens's County Cattlemen's Association is:
• To promote the development of the cattle industry by providing educational programs and field days to increase the knowledge and profitability of Pickens County cattlemen.
• To cooperate with other individuals, agencies and associations mutually interested in these purposes.
• To support the South Carolina Cattlemen's Association as an association.
